PoCo Happy Times Preschool offers quality early childhood education in Port Coquitlam. Our enthusiastic experienced staff believes in a positive approach to teaching children. We also believe that children are active learners and that they all learn in different ways and at their own pace. In mixed groupings of three to five year olds, we strive to meet each individual child's needs and potential in all areas of their development. A safe nurturing environment encourages self-concepts through a program including: art, music, language, science, social interactions, and physical activities. Through play, children learn to make sense of their world and they need a wide variety of experiences to help them do this. We offer an exciting program that promotes acceptance and diversity, social responsibility, artistic and creative development, physical strength and coordination, good health and well-being, imagination, and teamwork.
